A recall is being undertaken by phil&teds for a teddy bear given away to children who were patients at Wellington, Christchurch and Waikato Hospitals between 2010 and 2015. The bear’s fuzz may come loose and/or the seam may split exposing the filling material posing a potential choking hazard. Children should STOP USING their ‘phil&teddy’ Teddy Bear and parents should DISPOSE of the bear.
