Terms and Conditions of Entry
By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Safekids Aotearoa, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms.
The Promoter is Safekids Aotearoa (“Safekids”). The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. You completely release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Competition.
Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is only open to people residing in New Zealand. If the Competition is limited to a specific group, this will be specified in the promotion.
Entrants must follow the instructions on the Promotion.
The Promotion entry closing and opening dates and availability will be specified on our website and/or social media sites.
Safekids Aotearoa is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the Promotion.
If the promotion is a contest or raffle, all entries to this Promotion become the property of Safekids Aotearoa and will not be returned to the entrants.
The entrants will be notified as specified by the Promotion.
Entrants or winners will receive the giveaway or prize that is advertised on the Safekids website and/ or social media sites. Safekids Aotearoa accepts no responsibility or liability for any entrant's enjoyment of any prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the entrant relating to the giveaway or prize, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion.
Safekids Aotearoa will endeavour to notify entrants or winners by email, text or phone. For contests of raffles, if the winner cannot be reached within three working days, we may redraw a new winner without liability to any person. Safekids Aotearoa reserves the right to contact the selected winners by other means.
Prizes or giveaways cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Safekids Aotearoa takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or destroyed.
In a contest or raffle, accepting the prize or giveaway constitutes a entrant's consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by Safekids Aotearoa to use his or her name, city/town of residence, entry and/or photographs and interviews for publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on Safekids Aotearoa's website, direct and social media channels.
The entrant or winner acknowledges that redemption of giveaways or prizes may require the winner to be at least 18 years of age or have parental/ guardian consent. We will let you know on our Promotion.
The decisions of Safekids Aotearoa on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Safekids Aotearoa reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a entrant's right to redeem the prize or giveaway in accordance with these terms and conditions. Safekids Aotearoa reserves the right to amend the prizes offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Safekids Aotearoa excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Safekids Aotearoa in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
