A practitioner's perspective
This paper discusses the ACC's role in injury prevention both past and present. The speaker details two different ACC injury prevention programmes that were quite successful- (1) 'Put your bad back behind you' and (2) 'Hot water burns like fire'.
Recommendations are provided for the promotion of injury prevention as a major focus of ACC.
