What would YOU tell her parents?: It's 20 [km/h] past a stationary school bus - coming or going!
This small pamphlet publicises the infrequently observed road rule that says that vehicles passing school buses must slow to 20 kilometres an hour or less if a school bus has stopped to let children on or off. And that you must slow down and drive at 20 km/h or less until you are well past the bus. It features a photo of a girl being struck by a car and thrown into the air near a stationary school bus in a rural road setting.
