Aboriginal Safety Promotion Strategy

The strategy covers all aspects of safety promotion. It seeks to reduce harm, to increase the sense of well being and to provide opportunities for Aboriginal people to be proud of their achievements and to take greater control of initiatives aimed at enhancing community safety. It deals with: accidental injury intentional self harm violence the need for safe environments the need to feel safe.
