Always cycle with a helmet

This poster features a photo of a girl who had been run over clutching her battered cycle helmet which has obvious tyre marks on it. The poster also has the text: "It was really scary when the tyres drove over my head" and it describes how her injuries were sustained and concludes that authorities: "... are sure that if Paula hadn't been wearing her helmet she would now be dead.
