This is a postcard from Plunket with a child passenger safety theme which reinforces the importance of child restraints. It features a picture of a child in a car seat thinking about things of interest to children, with the following safety message text on the reverse side: [Car seats save lives- increasing the chance of surviving a crash by over 70%] in the Samoan language.
